Bus is punctual as the drivers are very skillful and good in time management. Conductor is very polite. Staff uniform gives a clean and good impression. They try their best to serve passengers with any assistance. Thank you for the safe rides.

Worst service & bus conditions are deadly... careless & over speeding. Many time that buses met accident.one of the driver ( fatty guy) don't care the passengers & he thinks he is the president of srilanka. Don't go this travels...IF YOU TRAVEL NOT GUARANTEE FOR YOUR VALUABLE BODY PARTS & LIFE.

Comfortable, easy booking process through BusSeats.lk, and quick. I had to do a quick trip to Jaffna (leave on Friday and come back on Saturday). It was my first time booking them, and it was definitely a good choice. Their buses were clean, didn’t have hassle with bookings and booking clashes, and had enough space to load the luggage and some overhead bins as well. Most importantly they kept to schedule, which was key.

The leg space is not enough, seat push back is going only up to 90 only where as international standard is 145. Seat is small and not broad enough. There is no median hand rest between seats. Al most all Chinese buses are like this only. In future try to introduce buse like Volvo, Benz, Scania & Lanka Leyland\u200b with Sleeper facility never mind if you increase the ticket rates.

What a disappointing journey. Took the bus at 9:30 AM from colombo and reached the destination Karaveddi after 10 hrs. Would not recommend this servilce for a day time travel. More over this bus goes around Jaffna for no apparent reason for some individuals. Totally disappointed
