My friend had his registration function on 3rd of April. I was shocked to get their bad service. Im writing here bcus the management has to take quick action to come up with standard service. They served welcome drinks in whiskey glass. There were less staff to clear used plates and glasses. Guests were waiting and looking for a tidy (cleared) place to sit and eat. I was trying to see the in charge on the floor but I couldn't see. There is no one to supervise their service. Waiters were clearing glasses three by three byhand. I was trying to calm down my friend's brother to avoid unnecessary fighting with management. Management has to take immediate action to train ur staff and plan your program. When a program is going on one person must be there as incharge. Im very sad that in my town we have like this hotel. There are plenty of facilities in the hotel but the management doesn't care about the programs or there serivice level. I had attended a function at Ranweli spice garden in matele yesterday. The service was fantastic. Pls guys raise ur standard.
Not a Great Experience A group of 18 of us travelling together to Jaffna peninsula stopped here for lunch on 06th July 2019. The hotel is in the middle of a busy location with adjoining buildings almost next to it. Lunch was served in a hall upstairs for our group as the lower main dining hall had been reserved for a wedding. The lunch served was specifically for our group as requested by the group administrator. The buffet style lunch included rice, chicken or fish, Dahl, brinjal, potato, salad and pappadam. The food tasted average. Visitors can also order their dishes from an a-la-carte menu. Service and attitude of the staff was mediocre bordering on disinterest. On a positive note, they allowed our group to use the toilets within one of the bedrooms as the common toilets were downstairs. The airconditioned bedroom I saw included a double bed, two single beds, cupboard for clothes, dressing table, side table, a stool to keep your bags and a tv. The bathroom included with hot water. The room and the bathroom as well as toweling were clean. It was not an experience to write home about!
Nice place to stay overnight. Spacious and clean rooms.

Lot of Guests come here for wedding. Hotel rooms are very basic. I have attached a photo of an A/C room. Plastic doors in the room look cheap. There's free wifi and in room dining in the rooms. No hot water and no safe in the room. There's space for parking cars, but it's usually full during the wedding time.
It was a very nice experience here . The food here is amazing and the designs here are awesome
