The most awful service I've ever experienced. Responsible parties, the knowledge on customer service of your employees, is zero.The employees of vavuniya branch(singer plus),they may suit to sell vegitables in Sunday fair.Ask them to learn how to communicate with a customer and how to behave with a customer because we are not going to purchase what they own and empty handed.We spend money on your service.I'm not going to recommend this store to anyone.we can find customer friendliness in a small boutique in a village than ur damn store.And another awful thing of Singer Plus of Vavuniya branch is,They never make delivery on due date.These all the faults are made by the employees of vavuniya store, made my day unpleasant and destroyed customer satisfaction.
