We stayed at this hotel few months back. Their service and Food Sucks. Not value for money. rooms are not clean.
I have been to every laya hotels in srilanka .Compare to others Not maintaining this hotel like other laya hotels . Swimming pool is very small. Broken wash rooms. But must mentioned that working people are really nice and do their job nicely like every laya hotel. I love their foods too.

Excellent Beach Hotel.Delicious foods.Ample parking space.This place has private and safe beach.Room conditions worth to the price.Nice pool and beautiful surrounding.Nice place to have a outdoor function too.
food was really good . service was very good. They need to maintain rooms further most of it was worn out.need attention to ground and outdoor facilities. Pool was good.they do token tickets for day outs that is not well managed they need to move to a band or tag system. Construction going on one part of the resort but no big deal sound or disturbances. Unfortunately the total experience was not upto expected resort standard. Good but need attention.
Foods are testy. But not much have with room facilities. Overall good place to organize your gettogether.
