Very unprofessional... Yes it is really hard task to manage customers with this pandemic situation... Therefore customers were asked to stay in a line outside the door and security personal is handling people by asking to write details and passing the file also questions the purpose of arrival...Yes without QR codes that is normal but at least please keep a seating area to wait as there were adequate space near that stair case outside and senior citizens are shivering while standing. Also there may be women with hidden disabilities and you may not know how hard to stand without even having a fan near the doors.

Zero efficiency in this branch of Commercial Bank. - No timely response - People answering calls are half asleep - Complete ignorant behavior, it's like they have just woken up. - When put on hold, then get ready to stay on line wasting your bill out for the next 15 mins. Utterly useless job, the manager needs to questioned and possibly fired for the mass inefficiencies and inconveniences caused.
