there is a nice Customers waiting sofas at the branch,so they wait and wait and wait .bank staff doing their own. I was waited 40minits to get attention .. now a days HSBC customer service getting bad and bad.

Good bank, friendly and polite staff. They have the cash deposit machines and atms which can be accessed 24 hours of the day. Only thing I noticed was the security who was a bit rude to some of the banks customers. A guy walked in with a helmet and the security rudely told him to remove the helmet. Even if come in a bike or car the customer is a HSBC customer and should be treated like all other customers. Except for the guard the bank better than most local banks around.

It is just another branch but with some good staff. Foreigners beware, the ATM may swallow your card that too with a debit slip and the branch has no provision to retrieve or give back that to you.
