If you are going to this place make sure to meet the owner. The staff cheats the customers who are going for the first time or if you do not have any idea regarding price of timber. They appear very friendly and cheat the customers. Seems like they are doing this scam for a very long time. I almost got cought but luckily I met the owner and I was surprised the bill was less than half of the price quoted earlier by the staff.
