Providing cargo services from different countries from the world. Need to wait more than 2 - 3 hours minimum. They are very busy and not doing any delays purposely as I think. They are following very long documentation process. I had my colleague there in and I also have to wait 3 hours to get my parcel out. Without any connection I think it take more than 5 to 6 hours. But totally they are very active and work hardly to release our parcel with minimum delay.

Very Time Consuming Cargo place in Colombo, They should upgrade their Customer Support and Systems, and also They don’t have a proper Methods to handle the Parcels in a order. Staff are working very friendly and specially some of the girls staffs are working very efficiently but because of their poor system its taking lot of time to Clear the parcels.

Very disappointed with the service at Wattala office. They don’t answer the phone calls when you call in the morning/afternoon or in the evening. My cargo arrived few days ago and I have been trying to contact the office in Sri Lanka to make an appointment to clear the goods for the past few days. It’s easy if you know someone inside or you have to bribe few people.

My goods were due in December 2020. I had been trying to contact the warehouse everyday since then , but no one will pick the phones with the given 5 numbers to get an appointment . With the greatest difficulty when I got the call after 2pm I was told not yet cleared after 3 weeks from the due date , then my son from Melbourne paid for a door to door delivery to avoid the hassle and got the goods exactly after a month . We understand the difficult time the country is facing but it’s the company’s duty to have the courtesy to assign a person to answer the phone and satisfy the customers queries. This is not a charity service to treat the customers like this .

I have been trying to call the Wattala oand the head office at Lucky plaza office for the past few days. No one has ever picked up the phone. Either the incorrect numbers are listed or they just don't want to deal with any customers inquiry.

This is the worst place ever for your shipment. Our package was delayed by over three weeks and no one was able to provide us any updates. Customer service is the worst ever possible. Even though we got door to door service, we had to pay an extra amount at point of delivery. When we questioned what the payment was for, they were unable to give a valid reason and they were extremely rude. Ultimate worst place ever for any delivery!

Look at my shipment. you all know why!! they don’t even deserve a one star. its been three months still not compensated. staff are rude and very unprofessional. dont even think of using this cargo.
