It is well maintained and all COVID guidelines are followed. The bathrooms here are really clean although there is a charge to use them. The collection of shops here is great. In addition to food there is also a small Cargills which makes it very convenient. The food available at the food stalls is clean. The tables are cleaned after each use. The cleaning staff is very efficient. The service area has plenty of parking, however it can be full during peak times when nearly everyone using the highway stops by.

Parking is free. Food court has eastern, western fast food and local rice and curry. No indication of halal food. Sadly... pay for rest room facilities. Indoor Dining area is full of mosquitoes...was there later evening. Couldn't sit and have a meal because of the mosquitoes even at the hand wash area... I would give 2&half stars...

I went for a late lunch with family. We sat outside for lunch. Food was reasonable. Heavy crowd ,95% masked. Others has masks but improper wearing!!!! Lucky security team at entrance did not allow anyone without proper masks to get inside from all directions. Thank you

Under new norm, temperature is checked and contact details were taken, even though foods are bit priced, they are hygienic and tastes good. Breakfast costs around 250 rupees per person.

Supposed to be a 24 hr Service Area for people travelling to and from outside Colombo, where they can have variety of food stalls to choose from to dine and have a little rest but at 10 pm most stalls are close and mosquitoes lurking around. The only best thing that I liked is the Food City inside. Overall not a pleasant experience.
