Our family went in Singapore, Malaysia 7 days Group tour from 19 Dec to 26 Dec 2018. Tour arrangements were very well organized from the beginning up to the departure by Tour Co-ordinator Mr. Ashen Nimal We were received by Company owner Mr. Ranjih Lowe at Changi airport Singapore and he was with us through out the tour till we were dropped again at Changi airport. He was very helpful and did everything, as us to enjoy all itenaries very well. He also gave us a great opportunity to take part in Midnight Christmas Mass at St. Jone's cathedral in KL Malaysia. This is a very reliable tour company and I can recommend it for your tours.
Overall it was really good, the planning of time slots for the different attractions was accurate, transportation was arranged really well and we didn't have anything to worry about. The only set back was the lack of proper guidance and directions to the customers in the itinerary. As our itinerary mentioned that we would find Imbiah Station as we would enter the Sentosa Island, we spend a lot of time searching for the station where, the itinerary didn't mention that we had to get into the train from the Beach station. Also we missed the live show in the madam Tussaud museum because the itinerary didn't mention anything about the show times and also as a result of spending a lot of time searching for the attractions.
