Hotel common venues are amazing but rooms....need to be renovated and keep in better cleaning conditions: Old fashioned fourniture, very soft mattress, not clean ( I had to wash the tea tray: full of ants, dirty and smelly towels, bathroom needs maintenance).No soundproofing at all: if someone coughs outside the room, you will perfectly hear him. Little investment un rooms upgrade will become this hotel into a top place tí overnight in your trip un Sri Lanka! Ps: Nice staff!
Lousy hotel. Don't step in there!!!! This is for one's own safety. Haphazard hotel. Extreme ly lousy service. Unethical with hotel rates. The bed broke n i fell inside. Staff were horribly arrogant. Clueless as what to do. Refused to call the boss. I also fell while walking out of the bathroom. The staff reported my fall was due to the floor with no tiles were jus waxed!! No apologises rendered by staff. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Haphazard!!!!
This hotel has a great location surrounded with beautiful environment. The staff has been very friendly and helpful in advice on excursions. The room was very clean & it left a great impression on me. Restaurant, Foods &the services were excellent! Myself highly recommended!
