The staff is friendly and helpful. However, there are much more things to be improved & implemented. The ambience of the place should be more improved as all other Opticians competing in the market. Air-condition is very low in-house as only 1 was working while 4 to 5 customers were in side. On a special note, the waiting area in the upstairs for the place that perform Glaucoma Testing is horrible as there is no proper ventilation system where the people who are waiting for their turn. At least a Fan should be placed there.
