Very BAD Customer Service !!!!! I am a customer of ABANS company for many years BUT now I had decided NOT to purchase any goods from them. Now I feel ashamed for the purchase I made in their company. They give sweet talk when want to sell their goods. I went to their Trincomalee branch (service center) to fix the things I bought from them BUT I am out of their place with a wounded heart and hated with their worst service, they do not want to cooperate and talk too abusively. I would NEVER recommend their company to my relatives or anyone else to purchase any goods. Really shame with their attitude!!!!
