Excellent food it deserve five stars. The downside us the rude behaviour of the staff. They do not cooperate and are difficult to deal with. Becuase of two staff members my function was completely ruined. I will take further action to bring the incident to the management, about the bad experience with the staff. Management must work on training them on better customer service. good food served with bitter attitude.

Dont buy Kottu from Alumka. They make it large mix for all the orders and put piece of chicken or fish according to what you ordered. It s full of chillie. One customer complained and asked refund for the same reason. Now i experienced the same thing. I will never buy from Alumka again. Their quality gone down definitely. Sad very sad Yes, this incident happened night of 12th April around 9pm. Customer was made huge saga about the issue and demaned for the refund. I also saw how they mixed the kottu and worried about the quality of the food. Once came home I realized the customer was 100% correct. But i didn't want to make an issue and decided to not to visit again. Anyway thank you so much for your attention. Wish you a prosperous new year
