Good customer service and have variety of goods. Reasonable price and have a lot of parking space. I truly recommend this place for buying equipments. Especially power tools. They have a huge display of items.

Hardware store for wide range of tools and industrial accessories. Lot of items can be selected out of a wide range of brands. Store is neat and decently arrange to support with easy access to items. Tools from screw drivers to industrial plants are available. Friendly and supportive staff. Enough parking available.
please dont go to this shop if you want to save money , every item is expensive. I bought a hugo hand drill for 7,900/- late found our selling price is only 5,000/- in nomal shops

The owner ( I presume the one wearing glasses) , is very rude and doesn't know how to treat customers. I have been yo this place twice and both the times his behaviour was bad.You need to be patient and advice the customer when asking about a product without simply saying " check the details online" . Industrial equipment are not cheap and we would want to be qell informed before purchasing. And due to Covid if you want to maintain a safe distance just let the people know politely. Know how to talk to people first. Editing this due to reply by the said shop , everyone is well aware how to interact / carry-on during pandemic and has to obey the new norms set in place without doubt , still the businessmen should be professional/ smart enough to keep the adhere to health practices while giving the best possible service to its customers. And as I mentioned this isn't first time I had to go through this at MIHIRA HARDWARE . I would keep away from this place and that's exactly what I did , got my order which was close to 1.3 mil from another place. I was shown the goods by the owner himself with detailed explanations and with admirable help to make a cost-effective purchase all while maintaining COVID protocols.
Extremely cheap items. DO Not Buy.. does work only for few hours. Also extremely rude typical sinhalease does not know how to treat customers. Avoid as much as possible.. Website says 6 months warranty but actually not giving, only 3 months even for very specifc parts, not all.
Poor customer care.. Lot of items there. prices are average.
