Horrible service! There seems to be a reason for this site which was once the premier in online vehicle sales now being relegated to the bottom of the heap! Placed an advertisement yesterday and paid immediately, 24 hours later this has still not appeared on their website! Was unable to upload pics cos of some technical issue on the site, so had to email them. Received a call this morning from Autolanka asking for the pics!! When I told him they were emailed yesterday, he said ' ah I didn't check emails'!!! Shocking state of affairs! I won't be wasting my time with them again!!

One of the worst online market places of all time! These crooks took long time to publish my ad and they never answer any call.. Pathetic service! So when I visited their office in Thibirigasyaya and asked them why they dont answer, the guy simply said, he was too busy... What a pathetic service! This was my last ad on their site and I will never ever visit it.. I am out!
Auto Lanka is not professional. They never answer call, the number given on the site doesn’t work at all. Once they take your money Auto Lanka doesn’t care about your advertisement.
I placed an advertisement and paid fees online. Advertisement not published even after 4 days and no response to email or not answering the phone. Created support ticket and no response to it as well. Worst service I ever experienced.
I have published an advert and for some reason I can’t login to my account.Automatic password reset also not working.Need support to get the matter sorted.Have raised 3 tickets for this job but still it is pending
Good place to know the market price of vehicles and good vehicle market
This rating is given for their website as this is one of the limited resources available in Sri Lanka to get valuable automotive related insights. I have not visited their office though
