Loved the simplicity of the Bentota Ayurveda Center, located in beautiful sunny Bentota, the place is very welcoming and Lakmal, the owner, is very friendly. Without me telling what my ailment was, he explained after I had the back massage done. Very professional and using therapeutic massages with 100 % natural and effective products . Best place in Bentota to heal and renew ! Absolutely recommend Lakmal and his ayurvedic center. Lovely and peaceful location as well ! Thumbs up ...

For many many years I was a massage therapist for the olympic team Athletes in Canada. Every time i go for a massage I don’t like it ! And trust me i travel 3-4 months a years ! BUT this place was amazing ! Very good massage therapist love their technique! You can get 1 hours to 2 hours treatments ! Honestly this place is fantastic! The owner is friendly! And will pick you up at the hotel ! YOU NEED TO GO !!! This is a 6 stars massage !!!
Had the 2 hour package and what a treat, full body and head massage was fantastic and performed by Lakmal the owner of the centre. Loved the oils which helped lift my body and mind to a drifting sensation and would thoroughly recommend to all looking for a stimulating experience. I will definitely go back again for more.
Now I am at home: 2 C, cloudy and raining. But I am feeling happy , because I had very good holiday time. I visited twice Bentota Ayurveda center during my holiday: I had 2 hours and 3 hours treatments. I was extremally satisfied by the treatments. Did 2 hour treatment and acupuncture treatment. Have never felt relaxed in any of the Spa done so far . Treatment is real authentic and staff who does is equally talented. Must go place if you visiting Bentota for relaxation . You can add class of yoga or Rekki from lakmal ( owner) to get complete relaxation .

It's a nice place for daily stays. The team is professional and competent. The doctor speaks English fluent and can answer every question. The massage was perfect and I had always a good feeling. It's an authentic and excellence place to learn something about ayurveda and your body.
Wonderful full place to be at...Had experienced one of my finest spa treatment till date !!!
