Good range of camera products despite ban on import of cameras due to Covid 19. The staff need to act in displaying products in such a manner that the customer has never seen a camera.

Courteous service. Staff extremely helpful. And most importantly they had the pair of binoculars that I was looking for. My whole transaction was over in less than 15 minutes because of the efficiency of the staff.

Recommended place in Sri lanka for all photography and videography needs. Good quality and original products. Good customer service and after sales support. The products tend to be a little over priced compared to other lesser known dealers, so it's better to compare and decide on your choice if you're on a tight budget

Poor service. Went there to buy a 90D cannon camera. They dont want to sell the camera. We just ask questions which were not answered in complete. Just waste of time as we travelled from Kandana to Nugegoda. Not bothered to explain the features of the camera. Twice called Mr Ushitha but not answered. When I politely said my call was not answered he hist said "I was in a meeting". Once again poor service. May be they have enough business
