Despite given the best instructions and directions to find the location, the delivery person couldn't find and blamed us on that. It is a shame that you third class people don't know how to speak to your customers. I don't prefer this

Worst manager and service ever. Worst courier service I have ever experienced. Posted a mail from Colombo to be delivered following day but it hasn't received till I myself came to Kandy 4 days later and asked about the status. though there's tracking, the imbeciles over the branch has no idea what happened mail and wasted about 2hours of my time and 5 calls .
