Bought a high back chair 18 months ago and its goes down just after about 1 yr of use.. I think piston is damaged. Finishing looks ok but durability is a problem

I bought three bar chairs from them and the service was good . You can either pick those up at the outlet or they even do cash on delivery. However, the options were limited as some designs and colours were out of stock.

Went to buy an executive chair after reviewing thier website, what I saw there was an absolute shock... Place doesn't look like a furniture shop rather a warehouse. No customer service. Regret visiting that place!!

Worst place to buy a chair! I would rather make my own chair than buying from them..!! They sell used, damaged chairs claiming that those are brand new. The actual price of a chair is more expensive than the click baited advertising price! Never issued a bill even if they mentioned that they only email bill. Seriously some kind of income tax fraud is happening here (as the way the employees act). The authorities should investigate this place! Never recommend anyone to buy from them!

There product is good but bad service I went to their shop and asked if they have this type of chair they said yes lid if stocks after 2 days I ordered 6 chairs and they’re telling that they don’t have stocks and I went today they told they will send in the evening and when I called in the evening they to no stocks now they will send in 3 days
