Exclusive collection with premium price. I ordered a King size bed in end December to be ready by end Jan’21. Until today which is the 2 nd March it’s not delivered. I have been following up from first week of February but only heard excuses but the job is not done. Couple of weeks back there was a fire at production site , then last week the delivery vehicle is unavailable due to an accident & then this week a damage noticed even after loading to the delivery vehicle . This is crazy. I never expected this level of poor service from a place like Heritage house . It’s highly unreliable & frustrating. The owner should pay much more attention to the service provided to customers rather than focusing on exclusive displays to attract customers ..

They changed my check on march 5th but no funtiture. guy with tablet lying to people saying clearing now , he is a cheat it's been over 2 months they taken our . Please please be careful
We went to their showroom to buy furniture for our unfurnished apartment. Mr. Nazim showed us (from his fancy tab) the available items which would be cleared within a week or so he promised and will be delivered. We had to pay 100% in advance also whereas we didn’t even got a proper receipt for our payment. We paid for a sofa set, a dining table set, a console table, a bed. Which were the essentials for us to move in to our new house. Payment was done on 07th of march. We were expecting the furniture to be delivered well before the curfew was implemented. Everytime we took a call to him, he always said “container has not yet been cleared from the port. It will be in next couple of says”. So we waited waited waited. And the curfew was implemented on march 20th. We only had their showroom land line number. They didn’t give us a mobile number. Through out the period of two months we have been trying to contact them but no response. Port has issued orders to clear out the remaining containers as well. Mr. Nazim was very concerned about us paying the 100% advance payment, which my husband hesitated at first but i insisted on paying. Now its been almost two months we’ve moved to our new place, still we don’t have a dining table nor a bed to sleep. Really shameful, disrespectful of what mr. Nazim did to us. Posting this review hoping atleast they’ll see the review and contact us. Such a disgrace to transparency of how things work. Never expected this showroom to have such low standards. All smiles and fake handshaking is not gonna take your business any further.
The worst possible place to buy stuff. Please dont go to this place. You wont ever get delivered.
