The store has a large range of fasteners of many types. When called prior to visiting, we were provided with accurate information on what is in stock with a price quotation. When we visited to make our purchases we were promptly identified and served without any delay. The staff friendly and efficient. Mr. Waijendiran attended to us personally in Selecting the correct items as we had little knowledge of the products we wanted. When we had a few problems in comparing the products we were asked to pay a visit to the stores. Amazingly a lady in charge of the stores knew exactly our requirements. With the discounts offered due to the quantity purchased and the super friendly service we recommend this establishment to anyone. Thanks Akai for saving us valuable time and money.
