My favorite place for Waxing. I have been going there for about one year. Carmaline is very well trained and very clam. I would recommend this place to anyone ️
Had the most wonderful waxing experience all thanks to Carmaline ️ She did a really good job with my wax as usual. The customer service was absolutely amazing and the girl at the cashier was very helpful and accommodating. She was very professional. I used to visit the Nawala branch for the past 4 years but recently I had the worst experience there. The staff was very unprofessional and all over the place having their own chit chats and conversations and were so loud. To make things worse, the aesthetician I got that day did a horrible job with my wax. Even after Carmaline left, I only visited the Nawala branch as it’s close to my house. But after the terrible experience I had there, I just decided to visit the One Galle Face outlet.( no regrets since their service is amazing!) I have friends and family that go to the Kandy branch and they love the service there. So if you want to have a good waxing experience, I suggest you avoid the Nawala branch at all costs. I really hope the owner will look into this matter as it poorly reflects on their brand.
