Worst quality prouduct. I working at this company and worked with some QA team employees amd noticed their testing is very worst, which had made the project with more bugs and worst quality. The QA's here doesn't have any technical skills and they don't even underatand any technical explanations expect 2 QA's. Don't join here.

DON'T JOIN HERE When providing increments, they have taken office politics into consideration. If you are close with leads and CEO you will be given increments, else you must shut your mouth and work. Buggy product. During interview they have given bigger impression about this company, but after joining only get to know what's actually happening here. The main stuff I have noticed is office politics on top level which includes QA manager Navin, CEO Irshad, HR Sheron, QA lead Nivandi, BA lead Denith. These people are the one who are creating much official politics.

There are 2 types of employees working here : 1. Hard and smart working 2. Who are close with one female BA and CEO During appraisal salary hikes are given for few Hard workers and other hard working employees has been replaced with the 2nd category people. So much of office politics, DON'T Join here. Ask about the company from old employees who have left recently and they will tell the real history about this company.
