Very bad customer service, i’m never recommend to any one.. service staff also very bad and even they don’t know how to speak to customer in polite way. doctors are checking the body totally wrong way. i have faced so many time medical. but never in this way.Before you visit this place think about 1000 times . very dangerous place. Be careful.. Government have to take decision of this medical center.

Terrible clinic and a lot of unethical practices going on that I will have the authorities involved to investigate. I went for a routine medical for a UAE work visa. Firstly they took my blood sample wrong, it hurt and I had a massive purple patch the next couple of days, then they make me and I noticed other customers as well to take a dental check up which is in no way required for the medical for the visa and tell everyone that their teeth are not clean and to pay 1200 and have them cleaned. Now even if they weren't clean is not relevant to the medical for the required visa and they are scamming people's money. When I went to collect the report I had taken my vaccine card and they say I need to take the MMR vaccines and it's required for the medical. In no were in the report does it mention any thing about this and checking online it is not a requirement for an employment visa it's only recommend to our own discression. Then they refuse to give my medical since I've taken the vaccine when I was a child in the 80s separately and I have to take the combination again, again another scam. I overhead another customer complaining of the same and it seems to be a company policy right up to the GM at the least. I will contact the authorities to have them investigated and I would give them zero stars if I could.
Yes they do a quick medical check but when you are ready to collect the reports , then they starts to play you around . Very disappointing about your staffs behaviour. I came to collect my reports after two days and before hand I called you as well. Then I came and had my vaccination done then you said you can't issue my report due to there is no doctor to sign the reports on site. A medical centre should have doctor when ever you are open because we come to you and pay the money to have service donedobe, not to fool us around. Main thing I want to mention here is there is other sorts of business going on in here. First you said you can't give my report for another two days then when I had a go at you you said give you two hours to get the reports then while I was waiting one of your own staff (male) offered me to get the report as a help for me? But I knew what help he is offering me. End of the day we in a rush to get these done and we are helpless so we tent to pay extra for crooks like this to get the things done.
