Very poor service for the customer. Went to resolve an issue on 14th September 2020 about incorrectly calculated bill, and when the counter staff member tried to escalade the issue to officer in charge, officer was like I can't be bothered don't bring customers to me. Dialog please don't recruit school boys and make them outlet managers.

I went to this service point to reload my Prepaid DTV connection, but reload is not available. Wasted my time. This is the main Dialog Service point, that is not a communication or retail shop. They must keep prepaid reloads to sale to the customers at anytime. and I faced very poor service again from another dialog branch. Very poor customer service. Customer service Hotline oparators and service points officers don't have much knowledge about the job. Most times they provided wrong information over the phone.
No parking, have to risk of getting a ticket from police if you park in front.
This is the bad Dialog service point i ever seen. Customer service was very poor.

Good Service but less working counters
This is the bad Dialog service point i ever seen. Customer service was very poor and agents not care about customers. Most of the times they tried to send customers to Union place branch for there services.if we need to go Union place why there is a service center in this place. I am a Dialog customer more than 12 years.also I am a Dialog priority customer. I never seen a this much bad quality Dialog service point in my past experience. If you are going to get a Service from this place.my suggestion is don't go to this place and you can go to the Union place Dialog service point it was quick and helpful.
Come here 3rd time to buy a BB router. 1st time - no routers in stock. 2nd and 3rd - our system is down, we cant work... Really?!
