Horribley Rude salesman this man has serious ego issues. Really need to learn how to talk to customers.
Horrible experience today. The one person working there was extremely rude, unhelpful and refused to mail my package for which I had already paid in full online. He claimed he needed a receipt but I had the receipt in the form of FedEx stamps that included barcode, address and all. This individual didn’t know how to check and verify so he angrily refused to help or to look into it. I had an urgent document for which I paid 75 to ship overnight and now I missed my deadline because of him.
too expensive to ship good and employee was in a verbal altercation with a motorbike customer and was really uncomfortable
Tiny office just one guy at service when i go to pick up some docs it was close and nearby security guard said guy went to bank so i have to stay out for about 20mts, so sad anyway can't expect much more cause this is NOT really fedex it is locally running fedex agent in SL I have many issues with them past delaying my shipments they really don't have any idea why Fred Smith started FedEx....
