01 star due to the inability to keep the rating as zero stars. The way this Apple device authorized agent is providing the service for Sri Lankan consumers is pathetic. No transparency in warranty claims. Customer is always kept at dark stating various reasons. No information will be provided for the customer. Always promising to call the customer back with the details but that day came for 04 months. Unit was handed over for a warranty replacement last year (2020). This agent is still providing excuses about the delay of providing a replacement. That also when the customer ring this agent several times in the same day. Now this agent is asking to directly contact the Apple Singapore agent for the replacement as the consignment is lost during the shipping period. Excellent response after waiting around 4 months. So think twice when buying a phone with this agents warranty. Did my part so that any other person won't face this disgusting customer service experience. Decision is yours.
I went to the service center in the evening. There was a battery failure in my apple 6s mobile phone. In less than 30 minutes, my problem was solved by Ms. Shehani & Mr. Manura. I really appreciate their kind service. Thank you so much.
I called them in advance to keep an iPhone reserved, even though I was a first time customer they were nice enough to keep it reserved, fast and excellent service! Will definitely be visiting again for all future purchases!
