Worst customer experience ever through a call center (Ball passing at its best). they will promised to call you back they won't. payment made & still waiting for 1.5 weeks to collect the card. They don't deliver renewal insurance to you (other companies does), you have to visit a branch & get it. :D

Initial setup was good. Had a few hiccups on a recent claim. Looks like there's a few careless employees attached to this place who are not helping it's image. My file was misplaced and they kept avoiding my calls. Finally after escalating a helpful senior executive sorted out the matter. Hopefully things will improve so that I can continue here.
