Very good place to go with your family and frds or a group to have some good time or to celebrate your birthday party with your loved ones I celebrated my birthday with my friends. All so very friendly Staffs are working specifically the fat manager And the front area Crews the KFC special Buriyani Sawan is really Delicious had very good time tq team KFC Kotahena 5star service iwill come soon.

Vanilla sundae. Very much disappointing I used to like this place before but they disappointed me to the core today (30th January 2021). We wanted to buy ice cream today with 4 of my friends they didn't have cone ice cream so we went for sundae in that also they only haf vanilla flavour. It was 130 Rs and they gave a very very little amount of ice cream like (sorry to say like this about food) peed in a plastic cup. I'm so worried they are dealing with customers like this. Once again very very disappointed. I have attached a pic of the sundae they gave us.
Terrible KFC chicken I ever had in my life Chicken was so oily and service is kinda poor. Overall had an unpleasant experience there....
What a cheap service. We went their 10.40pm, and they told kitchen already close. But google showing it’s open 12.00am. What a cheap service. Hell
The place is not upto the standard of KFC, in terms of cleanliness and staff assistance. Food is ok since they maintain the franchise standard.
Best place to have some snacks after travel around colombo beach side. Place is nice with good staff. Clean & very calm i had a nice talk with the chicken. Upstairs was perfect we have our privacy best place around Colombo
Such a bad service from the team and is unbelievable to get a takeaway service like this kotahena branch has to take proper guidance to to give proper takeout for the customers who take away foods they have just dumpt it in the paper bags without any covering pack please make sure your service are well directed to the customers and do serving and service well.
Visited their bathroom.. no Hand wash and no paper towels.. comods were.... Dont use them
