Hours weren't posted anywhere (close at 7:30) but owner was nice enough to give me a mani around 7. End result was ok (there is some paint on the skin so it looks a little unprofessional). 3 stars because salon is not sanitary since I saw a rat running around (which got a little too close to our workstation).
