I am not a resident there & went for a Saturday night small gathering hosted by a friend who rented an apartment. First of all, I must say car parking is much more organised when comapring to standard apartment complex as it has electronic gate system & separate parking slots for visitors & there were separated lane for visitors & residents. Those are monitored 24 *7 through the security cameras. The apartment is quite spacious with two bed rooms, dinining & living room. It has a stunning view of city of Colombo as you can see the Colombo harber from one side. You can capture a gorgeous view of sun rise and real treat to start the day. Only down side is the elevator system & direction boards seems bit confusing you may find it little difficult to find the apartment looking for if you are a first timer.

Worst ever property and management. Showed a different apartment and gave different apartment. It's not like what's shown in the pictures. It's full of lie. The place is full if dirty. The A/C is dripping. Don't get conned by these people. After you do the payment they doesn't care and come up with stories. Worst ever place ever been. Don't fall for the pictures or the lie told by the management.
Apartment was tastefully furnished and is in a great location. The property also has a mini supermarket which sells all your necessities. Right outside the apartment, there is a KFC, Pizza Hut and a fine spirits store. Within a 5 - 15 minutes walking distance, there is a huge supermarket (Arpico Super Centre), air conditioned local cafe (Sen-sal at Hyde Park Corner), a nice bar (Curve Bar at Park St), a beautiful home decoration shop (Paradise Road) and a cotton/ linen clothes shop (Cotton Collection). Odel, a well known shopping mall, is also about 17 minutes walk away. Gangaramaya temple is also nearby. Swimming pool was good
Good location in center of Colombo. Many Chinese people are living so you may be able to make friends easier here if you speak Chinese. Construction works are going on around On320 and there are almost always heavy traffic in front of On320 so it is noisy. Every morning, On320 staff will come to your apartment to collect your garbage. Big pool. Small, but nice gym. Very tall building so nice view from top.
One of the above average market private resident apartment along Union Place. It is nearby to Hilton Residences and closeby to stores like Apico, Spar, JKneel, Cargill and so on. Many nice restautants within walking distance. Level 6 is common community area which housed the gym, swimming pool, club house and at level 5, a convenient store operate by Cargill plus a laundry outlet. It has 24x7 security. Surround is clean and well managed as well.
Very nice apartment with lots of facilities. Nice swimming pool and children friendly neighborhood. Conveniently located at the heart of Colombo
Not well built. Not enough elevators for a building if this height. If yoy are looking to book through air bnb, avoid! The owner will rip you off and charge extra for electricity. Air con didn't work well and lots of the fixtures were broken.
