Worst customer service ever. I have bought 2 mobiles for my parents online. Paid on 13th december and delivered on 23rd December. One of the phones has a faulty and they are refusing to provide a new one saying it has been more than a week. DONT BUY ANYTHING online... this is the service level.

I bought a laptop (Acer swift 5 core i7) on 18th of December 2020 from a showroom in Kandana they promised us for a laptop carrier case before payment and they said that they are shortage of bages after the payment ......it's almost 3 weeks now ..... I still didn't receive my carrier bag .....very poor customer service.....
