Very slow service. If you want to pay your premium, at least you have to spend more than 20 minutes. No or very less parking available for customers. Better if they can hire. I experienced that customer has to wait till the staff finishes their own chats

I went to pay my premium and even after I spend more than 40 minutes my issues were not sorted out. There very old over weight ladies who move around very slowly and does not provide correct information to costumer. When we need some clarification they provide incorrect information and make us more confused and they get annoyed when we ask information we need. Asking me to bring my vehicle unnecessarily for inspection to pay my balance premium too. Very inefficient staff. Agents working there are very lazy and not even willing to go out of building to inspect vehicle. They need young energetic friendly knowledgeable staff to provide customers need. Their premium is lower than other insurance agencies, but the services they provide are very low and customers has to bear their unsatisfied low efficient services. With a little bit more price customers can get more friendly efficient services from other agencies. With my experience of last 2years of getting my insurance need from them, I will never recommend this insurance agency to anybody who expect good customer service for the money they spending.

Better if you can hire young generation and improve the waiting time. The old ladies working at the counters are super slow. Customer care is ok but may need some improvement in politeness of the staff.
Government cooperation for insurance. Customer care is not that much good and some services are not satisfied.
