Something is going wrong with this shop: I had a few shirts tailored there over the years. They seems to lack quality control these days and value for money is not good at all any more. For premium price one would expect premium quality. That is not the case. As the customer i should not have a "discussion" about misaligned buttons and wobbly stitching.

I purchased a gift voucher online to give as a gift. I was Happy with the delivery since it took just 2 days after ordering. However i was disappointed to see that there was no proper envelope to enclose the gift voucher with. ( just a brown color envelope with the delivery address on it) The website had an image of the gift card with a matching black envelope. Which i did not receive. it is not proper way to give a gift card without a proper envelope. I called the store and inquired about it but I didn't get a positive or a helpful response. Please make sure to not do this again since this is the first time i experienced something like this with a retail store. Also make sure to give a quality product to the customer.

Extremely disappointed with the service, I had made the payment and ordered the products 2 weeks earlier but I have not received it yet. When I called, the person who answered told me that one of the product was unavailable, they did not even call and inform earlier regarding this. I called them back multiple times to pick another shirt, but they are not answering. No professionalism at all! I hope they ship the goods for the money that I’ve paid.
I had 2 shirts made here. I will say that the customer service was good but the end product was disappointing. 1st shirt was white shirt with a blue material lining the inner collar. The issue was that there were blue threads visible on the outside of the white collar. I sent it back and it was fixed for the most part, but not completely. Very poor tailoring job that should have been caught during a quality check. When inspecting the second shirt (light blue) I found slight brown stains on the material in a couple locations. I can't believe you charge 4500 LKR for a shirt and then give your customers stained materials. Incredibly disappointing. I've attached some pictures, but not sure if the stains, threads are visible on the picture, but they sure as hell are visible in person. You need to work out your quality checking procedures. I feel completely ripped off by you guys.

Absolute cheats. Beware!!! You can expect better professionalism from street sellers in Pettah. We placed an online order as a birthday present more than TWO WEEKS in advance on Jan 3rd. Its been 15 days without delivery. Abdul and Naseem (not even sure if the names are real) never answer the phone. They’ve been blaming City Pak for the delivery delay, but when we requested for the delivery tracking number, they don’t respond. Absolute Cheats. Don’t waste your money here.
Great place to go if you have lots of spare time, because they don't practice a first come-first serve policy, it can take a while to get any kind of service.
