Decent rooms with a serviceable kitchen...Stayed here two nights with a large group and we chose to make our own sandwich dinner both those nights. Keels supermarket very nearby for supplies. Responsible host available on call in case of issues. There was a slight issue of a couple of cockroaches but none of us spook easily. Very common issue in the neighborhood. None in the kitchen thank goodness.
