Wide variety of delicious food. All items are priced NETT and thus what you pay is what you see. Modern atmosphere with an improved look and feel after the recent facelift. However, their level of service is extremely poor. Staff is not efficient, also it takes a huge effort to call a waiter for assistance and the time they take to prepare the orders seems a bit too long. Not a single day I've been there has been pleasant in terms of service. Given that the management takes some serious action to improve this, it's a definitely a recommendable place.

Decent ambience and tasty food. Service could have been better and faster, though, I believe. I visited the restaurant at a non-peak hour, by the way. There is a kids play area too, but nearly all the toys were broken. Kids do break their toys, no surprise here, but I believe Urban Kitchen needs to change the play equipment

The buffet they have is a not worthy at all. The concept of price according to the weight is a cheat. It is so expensive. A normal rice and cost me 680 and my friends plate cost 940. For rice and curry at a food court is not worthy. Even the food taste is average. I think most over priced food court in Colombo. At liberty food court you can get more food for lesser price. Service was ok other than the cashier girl, she thinks we have come there to eat for free. Not a smile on her face and no customer handling skills. My conclusion is other than you have no option or no time to go any other place. This is not the place to go for a casual dine out
More variety of foods available here. Best for money. They also have a large car park.
Had a bad experience since we ordered 4 or more different dishes and few are edible. All the food items are over priced even they are not tast good. Had bad stomach after this.
UK has a good menu of various kind of food for dinein including buffet. I tried sushi , duck pizza,duck rice, waffels and thai chicken salad sevaral times. The tast is very good. Something expensive than other resturants. But the service and the environmet is better. No need to wait too much time and can have food quickly. Can be paid by cards and also by cash The sushi I tried was delicious.
Good place to eat quality food, however had to wait some time since the place is bit crowded some times, they have add some new stall like bubble tea and liquor. I recommend it for quality food.
