I had just found out that I was pregnant when I went to his shop feeling very fatigued and all employees made me feel safe and at home while I shopped before flying back to the states. I purchased a beautiful coffee table and a wooden elephant of excellent quality. Great communication before and after the purchase and my table arrived intact. Smooth transaction and honest people. I would recommend this shop 100% whether you shop in person or from the comfort of your home, you are in good hands.

Great great place to buy good quality souvenirs and gifts! We visited a bunch of stores for a price and quality compare. This store has really well crafted figurines of Budhdha. We purchased one form here. And also other souvenirs for a great price!
Dear Kelum, thanks a lot for your help and your reliability. The Crafts Shop is a full 5 star recommendation, high quality items, good bargain, really, really nice stuff ... I bought quite a few things and didnt want to travel with all the packages around Sri Lanka. So we agreed, that they have to sent the packages from their shop in Kandy to our hotel in Colombo ... and it really worked out, in time. And finally Kelim even showed up at the airport in Colombo early in the morning at 5 .00 a.m. :-) - like we agreed, for any possible questions from the customs office because I had bought some more or less antique figures ... Awesome shop with very high quality products. Owner is super nice and very accommodating. He made it very easy to ship my purchases home so I didn't have to weigh down my luggage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
