I picked a room on the second floor. The room was new and the sheet was clean even the window curtain was lately washed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, bathroom was tidy with hot and room temperature water. I spent two nights there, had a really good rest.

Very helpful staff! Helped us booking everything, took us on nice trips out of Dambulla (lion rock and Polonaruwa) and stopped at other nice places and good restaurants. Good breakfast. Clean. Highly recommended!

We have been there for a two nights . Owner is an amazing host . Rooms tidy and very clean with mosquito net. We didn't take room with ac because is chill and nice weather down there . Strongly recommend for backpackers.
