The jackpot of our vacation Through our booking at Sandras Guest House in Dambulla, we met Krishan the owner's nephew. After our booking we received a friendly email from him and on the spot he offered to pick us up in Negombo to drive us to Dambulla. During the trip Krishan showed us many things that we would have never experienced if we had traveled on our own. On the way Krishan also made many suggestions about what we could see and visit the next 3 days of our stay and also what he would advise against. When we arrived in Dambulla, we started right away in Krishan‘s Tuk-tuk to check out the cultural triangle. Krishan fulfilled every one of our wishes and through him we got to learn a lot about the country and its people in a wonderful and unforgettable way that we never expected. Originally we planned to spend 2 nights with Krishan and his family and before traveling further south on our own. Krishan offered us that he could accompany us from Dambulla to Kandy, which we gladly accepted because the time with Krishan, the fun we had with him and what he showed us was just absolutely beautiful. On the way to Kandy it turned out that Krishan could accompany us for another 2 days on our trip further south. When we said goodbye to him in Galle, we all had tears in our eyes. Krishan had become a good friend in these 5 days, whose lovable helpful and courteous manner we definitly missed during the last days of our trip. Krishan made our vacation an unforgettable experience that we would never have had without him. We can warmly recommend Krishan to everyone who wants to experience Sri Lanka, the country and the people.

Three days we traveled around with Krishan in his TukTuk. He has an amazing knowledge about culture, cities and Buddhism and provided us with plenty of interesting information all along the way. Besides that he’s very hostile, friendly, speaks great english and is fun to be with. He always made sure we get the best possible experience by giving a lot of insider Tipp and arranging taking great care of us. Would definitely recommend travelling with him!
Krishan accompanied us for three days on our journey. It was great fun to discover the different sights and cultural places around Dambulla with him. Krishan is very attentive, reads wishes from your eyes and at the same time he has a lot of knowledge about the old Sri Lanka and the omnipresent Buddhism. Krishan speaks English very well, so that communication was never a problem. We would let him guide us at any time, because especially the price and performance were perfect. Many thanks again!
Wir waren im letzten Jahr bei Krishian. Bis auf die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, die etwas besser sein könnte, waren wir zu 100Prozent zufrieden. Die Fahrten zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem eigenen Tuktuk waren super, der Onkel super freundlich und das Essen exzellent. So reichhaltig und so viel Auswahl hatten wir nirgendwo anders. Eine Verkaufsreise war dabei, ein Besuch in einem Gewürzgarten mit anschließender Mögleichkeit, auch etwas zu Kaufen. Das war ok, man wurde zu nix gezwungen. Ich würde wieder bei Krishian schlafen.
