I went there twice for hair services. Once for a hair cut and I requested for a hair cut with a side fringe. It was a horrible fringe and when I went to another hair dresser sometime later, he asked if I tried cutting a fringe at home by myself. It was that bad. Yet, They charged LKR 3500/- for the hair cut (In 2020). However, the hair dresser was friendly despite his work, so I didn’t complain at the time. Again I went to the same place for a hair colour, being positive about it. Their root colour has not covered all the greys and for the one streak of hair highlight I did, they charged LKR 2000! The lady who billed pretended to forget they had an ongoing discount promotion and billed me the regular price root colour and hair highlight. Only once I requested only she pretended she forgot to add the discount and redid the bill. Also they seem to be biased to a particular set of clients and did not seem to be treating everyone equally..
When I first bought the eyeliner, I wasn't sure if like it because I've got many before that just didn't work. But I was so happy that I was wrong because this eyeliner is soooo easy to use. The best tip to draw line thick or thin and it gives me the perfect winged eyeliner
I called your number several times(9.30am - 9.45am / 10th Jan). Since it is your hotline it's good if you can respond nicely. Calls were forwarded to the Nail studio and that silly girl hang up the phone several times without giving me right instructions. This is not good for your reputation. Really disappointed. Ps. They called me again after 1 hour and gave me the instructions. Thank you
I did my manicure n gel polish but manicure was done in a very haphazard way not happy with service
I would like to recommend British Cosmetics as they provided me such a wonderful & prompt service even during this curfew time. When I placed my order I was informed that the order will be received within 4-6 working days & I received my order right before the end of 4th day after placing the order.
