We actually decided to choose you to get done our kitchen because our kitchen is not just a show pantry. So we thought about the durability and also the long warranty period (7 years) that was offered by the Hybrid Kitchen. We are really happy and satisfied with the final product. Hope you guys will have good after sales services too. We were able to get good discounts for kitchen top and kitchen accessories for the Hybrid Kitchen brand. Hybrid team is very flexible and easy to work. When we asked to change the 3D designs several times, they did it without any hesitation. So I recommend Hybrid kitchen for people who really want to get done an amazing EUROPEAN Standard, durable pantry but you must have a very good patience to tolerate delays due to the COVID and shipment issues.
I actually came on Google to put a positive review to Hybrid Kitchen team on their commitment and honesty and happen to see the latest review about them not having a showroom. Honestly don't know how silly some people can be to rate a business low just because they take extra time to do a showroom renovation especially during a time when all our movements were mostly restricted due to curfew. I feel this is some third grade business strategy followed by a competitor. Anyways I totally admire the efforts put in by the Hybrid Kitchen team and their professionalism in handling a customer. My project got a little delayed but I understand the circumstances due to the prevailing situation in the country but I'm very much happy with the final outcome and the outstanding service offered by you. Lovely, world-class kitchen concepts with great workmanship & attention to details . Majority of the kitchen planning was done online & over the phone as I was out of the country. The designer, Anushka was very coorporative & patient throughout the designing phase. The outcome was just as I expected. Due to curfew & restrictions imposed in SL, it took longer than expected. I highly recommend their kitchens to anyone who's planning to get a high-quality pantry done especially even if you are out of the country.
Thank you Lakshitha and the team for the amazing job y’all did with my kitchen. Absolutely satisfied with the finished product that was in par with international standards. We decided to go ahead with hybrid kitchen because of the long warranty period that was offered. Completion took way longer than promised (aggravated by the pandemic too)... but it’s worth the wait. Lakshitha, you were Very polite, obliging and at the same time professional too. We were properly guided by you to select the best appliances, accessories etc to suit our kitchen. Thank you !!
