Disappointed, entire concept of fast food is out! Have to wait for the food for long. Seems place is run with very little staffs, where as they are always busy and missing on maintaining the standards

Very clean, great service, NO COFFEE, can you believe they can't fix the coffee machine over a year can you imagine Macdonald without coffee... No breakfast available... I like the fried chicken as their taste much better than KFC much more close to Sri Lankan spicy flavors For nuggets no original sauce such as honey mustard or bbq when I asked them they gave me just regular mustard.
Clean & quick service. Superb & freindly service by the staff also! (Specialy the bold guy I guess he is the manager). Definitely a welcoming spot for a quick meal

It was okay. The foods and everything was good. Clean environment with children park inside the premises. It's McDonald's so it is good overall. Staff are not friendly but no any doubtful complaint! Plenty of parking Silent and very good freedom to get foods... Food is awesome, selfcare screen also amazing. Need to improve customer care little! Recommended ️
What's nice about McDonald's in Srilanka is it gives us a Srilankan twist..the burgers are slightly smaller than other countries yet gives us some special options like a nice rice dish during lunch hours with their fried chicken strips. They will serve to your table, so you don't have to be hanging around until your token is called out. Spacious and comfortable environment. Highly recommend for a fast meal.

It's good and consistent! When its an all ladies run branch I'd say its the most efficient day. They have like an all ladies running the branch on certain days. It's amazing! They are so much more efficient. They always use gloves, take hygiene way more serious. I've had constant talks with the managers when the men run the branch as they sometimes touch the food items without even using a glove. I always complain especially due to the risk of covid. Highly advise mc Donald's to get the guys trained better. Especially the branch at Macleod road. The manager with the colored hair at Macleod is absolutely disappointing. Terrible ego. When I told him about the fact that gloves need to be used. He just said, cashiers are only required to wear gloves. I said that's absolute nonsense. If he is there at the branch I make sure I go somewhere else. Get this guy trained, if you want the branch to improve! To the women workers, you guys are awesome.. 5 stars for you!
