Customer service was improved a lot than before and certain health regulations are being carried out these days due to Covid-19. Staff is also friendly and have good expertise on services that they provide.

Good Customer service. But, no customer parking atleast for a motor bike. We have to park our bikes in main road.

What kind of a place doesn't have a QR code to scan these days? Even groceries have that. Dialog, No.1 telecommunication provider in Sri Lanka is unable to maintain a digital registry. What a shame.
