Are they really working for dialog or local municipal council.... No customer service... They don't know about the promotion which is in website... Dialog just gives U a status priority but it's useless.

The staff does not aware of what's happening there. Went to collect my phone which I ordered through Dialog website and the manager does not aware whether they got it. Told me I have to contact customer service to get details of it. But once I contact customer service and let them know the issue, one member from the staff came to me and informed they have the phone and gave it to me. But the manager didn't even apologize to me. Extremely poor customer service.
I hope even sharing my experience would affect the bad customer care of this particular branch. I suggest there should be proper attitude management system during these officers’ training & in particular, teach them the proper customer care services provision. All in all, they represent “Dialog”, so what else I could say... cannot expect any difference from them....
Not a good place for customer service. Customers are wasting their time under heavy sunshine and heavy rains. But Dialog people don't care that at all. They should have a proper mechanism to reduce the lagging time.
Really really fast and good customer service
