I have used this courier repeatedly throughout the COVID time and my overseas friends were very surprised to receive my packages within a few days. They could not believe the quick delivery. I personally oversaw the packaging of all my parcels and on many occasions Mr Ravindu instructed me to add more protection to safeguard my goods. He would personally check and pack each item with me. It is well understood that DRKN cannot predict the customs duties applicable when the item reaches the destination and the receiving party is liable to pay such dues. If not for this company I would have been very stuck during the pandemic time. Their charges are much more reasonable when compared to other well-known and private courier companies. I wish DRKN the very best in their future endeavors and I look forward to working with them in future.

I have recently used this service to send a parcel from Sri Lanka to Italy and I’m very disappointed of the service and the way they dealing with customers. The parcel contained foods and when it received to Italy it’s basically not usable. They complained on packaging which they have done themselves. Now they are responding neither calls nor messages for us. I don’t recommend this service to anyone.
DISAPPOINTED, money greedy dogs own the company. If the package reaches the destination no problem, but if for some reason you have to communicate with them, you'll understand the level of their service. I wish I can give them 0 stars.
I have used the services from DRKN four times and throughout, the service was excellent and I observed lot of professionalism from then in handling the cargo. The lead times were minimal and they pass accurate information. Door to door delivery was spot on. Wish you success.

I was supposed to send a parcel using this service last week. Unfortunately, I changed my mind experiencing unprofessional customer service upon enquiring the charges. I contacted them via WhatsApp and one of my friends did the same too. They said one price at once and increased price next time. Further, My friend has got a completely different price breakdown within the same period. Further more they are less responsive to our enquiries. Therefore I had a doubt about reliability of their service which was proven by reading some other reviews received for their service.
