When talking about the Matara branch, it's the worst bank I have ever visited. Very poor in customer care. Never advice anyone even to go there. Opening an A/C is very easy. But A/C closing procedure is really bad and it's driving me crazy. So I thoroughly advice anyone who are hoping to open an A/C with them, plz think thousands time before opening an A/C. Bcoz there host is last, only until u open ur account. Their methods are thousands time worst than a Government bank.
