Sri Lanka has a very hard time understanding the importance of basic human needs. It is impossible to find a clean modern restroom anywhere in this country. Thousands of local and foreign travellers visit the Galle fort every day. How damn difficult is it to place and maintain a proper restroom? p. s. Now don't go and open up FOREIGNERS ONLY restrooms like in Sigiriya.
