We spent a weekend on holiday with my family and friends in this lovely place.The villa is a tastefully refurbished ancestral home with ample space for 3 families with kids.Gihan the caretaker and his team's hospitality and the effort they took to make us feel like home and the flexibility to our numerous request was commendable.This is definitely one place we will visit again.

One of the nicest villas around. The food was superb. The service was excellent. The location was really cool.
Beautiful villa far from the noise of Hikkaduwa. The ocean is 15 minutes away by tuktuk. It has 4 rooms with bathroom each and 2 common areas which can be deprecated for privacy. The pool is nice and warm, the garden is beautiful, they have badminton rackets for fun The crew was friendly and helpful Standard Breakfast was good but we’ve had better. Coffee and tea were bad we expected more being in Sri Lanka. The second day we asked if they could make curry and string hoppers and they did, which was great! Thanks for the great stay!

Great place, very cosy and relaxing, loved that they had a kiddies pool, very calm environment and clean. Definitely recommend a stay here.
Excellent place!
The villa is just like the photos, as clean and well maintained. Nice rooms, open bathrooms and a great living/dining space to just hang around, read a book. They had a small menu to order from, prices were good also big portions. The location for us was good, we rented a scooter to move around so then we could be away from the pollution and noise from Hikkaduwa but still have access to explore the beaches around the area. We also thought that the beaches north of Hikkaduwa on the way to the villa were good and there is a bus you can take in front of the property, takes you to the main road and there you get another bus towards Hikkaduwa (they run often) The bus that you take in front of the property goes strait to a town north where you can take the bus or train to Colombo. And last but not least the staff at the villa is friendly, accommodating, organized, they know what they are doing.
