Useless. I made initial contact with a gentleman called Amila Perera, who provided his contact details and a time for appointment. He didn't bother to show up, and when I called to confirm, and later to reschedule, he didn't have the courtesy to admit he missed the appointment and then hung up the phone. Terrible service and customer care.
